Just two hours up the road from the coastal town of Sayulita, you can find some of the best coffees being grown in Mexico.

This coffee comes from three producing groups from three separate communities. La Socieadad Productos del Campo Cafe, Aguacate y Mas (PROCAA) in El Cuarenteño, Sociedad el Astal (ASTAL) in La Yerba, and Sociedad de Cafe de Altura de Cofradia de Chocolon (CALDIO) in Cofradia de Chocolon. Together, all three communities grow coffee on a combined total of 324 hectares of land, across just 144 producers. Their coffees are sent to 4 wet mills where they are dried, then sent to the El Duende Dry mill to be blended, de-pulped, cleaned, sorted for quality, and prepared for transport and export.

While we could go into extreme detail about each producing community, thanks to the tracking systems that mills incorporate from CAFESUMEX, we'll let the palpable quality and elegance of this coffee speak for itself.
